Whether you are looking for the latest in street-wear gothic and renaissance apparel, or classic punk clothing, we have what you are looking for. Although our roots lie in surfing apparel, we are currently at the forefront of the alternative fashion industry. In 1980 we began Sunline Surfboards, a small shop selling surfboards and surf gear. Even in the early days, Sunline Surfboards was on the edge and beyond. In 1983, Electric Chair was opened and was such a success that the two shops were combined. Times were changing by 1990, as we began to phase out our surfing product. Our stores are now called Electric Chair, and feature the wholesale apparel division E.C. Star, our line of punk fashion mixed with classic retro styles from the 1940s and 1950s. Lucky 13, Affliction, DOGPILE, and Steady are just a few of the popular punk and rockabilly brands featured in our stores. These products can be found in our Riverside or Huntington Beach locations, as well as online at www.electricchair.com.
